If you call RAINN from the Columbus or Central Ohio area, you will be transferred to SARNCO's hotline. I have had almost completely good experiences with calling them. They will also send you free books on recovery if you call their hotline and identify as a survivor or a secondary survivor.

The Sexual Assault Prevention Program in Athens, Ohio.

Learn self defense - grant funded so it's free to women and LGBT people. The workshop covers awareness, body language, verbal assertiveness, and physical techniques as a last resort. The grant covers all of Ohio and the instructor is able and willing to travel to teach a class!
