Keep a schedule

Bath regularly

Eat 2 to 3 meals a day

Take medications if applicable

Take time to yourself

Have fun

Do leisure activities

Wake up and go to bed around the same time daily

Limit daytime sleep, but take naps when needed


Reach out for support


Be kind and gentle with yourself

Remember that you have needs

Take care of you first

Drink lots of water

Set reachable goals

Go outside everyday/don't isolate yourself

Be honest with yourself

Take vitamins

Keep healthy friendships and relationships with others

Go to the doctor when needed: don't let your health slip

Get involved

Set healthy boundaries
