Hi Everyone :candle:/>

Just a spur of the moment Thread!

I was just browsing through the threads & although the content of our threads are about tough times for us, conversely it's also such a nice comforting place to be able to vent / share.

So here's what I like:

I like the way Pandy's is SAFE :hug:/> (so important to me) .... it's one of those squishy kind of comforting environment I can just "be" in... do ya know what i mean?

I also like the members, each and every one is so special & has helped SO much.

Please add what you like!! :butterfly:/>

I like that everyone is so compassionate towards each other.....and no matter how much someone is hurting, they still find it in themselves to reach out to someone else.

I love how everyone is GENUINELY caring and helpful and has time to stop and say something positive or even just a hug. The way that everyone here gets it and understands.

Love you all! :)/>

I love how the spirit and beauty of the people here shines through..even though we may never meet face to face. Your words, your images, your thoughts, your creativity and strength all come through. This place is a magical place of healing. As a writer, I actually prefer to be able to read the words (again and again) rather than hear them (I tend to get overloaded when people are talking to me and tune out). It is a warm, welcoming and amazing place that touches so many lives in so many miraculous ways that I'm sure we'll never even truly understand.

great thread...

I love the honesty, the compassion and the strength that is expressed in every posting.

I love the fact that no matter what the subject, no matter how confused or distraught someone sounds, no one disses an emotion or a fear. There is NO shame here, just a wonderful supportive group and a lot of mutual respect.

Thank you ALL - sending many. many hugs :hug:/> :hug:/>

A lot of reasons :)/>
The main ones are:

The friends I have made
How safe it feels
How I'm accepted no matter what issue I am dealing with
How there is always SOMEONE that will be able to relate...it's not as...exclusive...as some other sites I have been on before.
How someone is always there just to offer a hug and say that they care

:hug:/> :hug:/> :hug:/>

The people here are amazing.
The spirit of this place is remarkable - safe, always supportive.
The mods are amazing too (kudos to you all).
People "get it".
There are so many places to go (forums) for whatever you're feeling, or if you just want to avoid it for a while!
There is almost always someone who has experienced what you are experiencing.
I can learn from reading posts of people who are a step ahead of where I'm at in my healing, commiserate with those who are in the same space, and offer support and hope to those who are still early in their healing journey.
I can feel supported when others reach out to me, and I can feel valuable by helping others.
Pandy's is always here, day or night.
I feel validated here.
I've learned a tonne, and it's all been so helpful in my own healing.
I've been inspired to reach out and maybe try to make a difference in some small way.

This place is a godsend.

I can let my guard down.
I can be me, the real me.
That there is so much support.
No nooe tells you to toughen up or that you should be over it.
I can laugh, I can cry and it doesn't matter which.
I have been allowed, encouraged to speak.

I like that when I aren't feeling strong, I can log on here and everyone will be strong for me.

I feel like a sailor lost at sea. Looking up I can see the stars, Pandies has been alot like this for me, I don't know where i am going, I don't know how long it will take, I don't know how difficult the journey will be, but when I am lost I just need to look up and see the stars, then at least I can plot a course.
hope that makes sense lol

Everyone just gets it. I don't have to explain things, they just get it.

It's really well moderated by positive role models who make the space completely safe for us all.

I don't have to pretend to be chipper, I can be downright miserable if I want.

Whatever I've been through I'm not alone.

Hugs on tap!
