Pandora's Project provides resources and an online support group, message board, and chat room for rape, sexual assault, and sexual abuse survivors, but it does not take the place of crisis hotlines or a long-term relationship with a licensed therapist. Moreover, it may take several hours before you have full access to support from the message board. This is a great place to review some materiel that many other survivors find helpful.

If you are in crisis or need someone to talk to now, here are some ways to get help.
