Blogging to unclutter mind to sleep

My therapist suggested that I start writing once a week. Her thought process is get me to preventative instead of my current reactive to bad days. I flashback whenever something happens or when it is too quite. If the flashbacks are too triggering I get depressed or start to spin. Especially when I have not slept a lot.

Last week was especially busy for me. Between working full time, school, my daughter's volleyball game, her birthday and her homecoming I was tired. My sleeping is off and today I found myself getting depressed. I do not like self pity. Just wish I could escape for a minute to breathe and relax. Not have to worry about anything and no self healing.

Decided to call into work. I just could not do it. It was nice to stop for a minute. Now I am blogging to finish the night with some blogging.
