Long-Term Rehab, IOP, and regular outpatient counseling.
Uses a trauma-informed care approach called the Sanctuary Model. Also uses a lot of non-verbal expression good for people with Alexithymia and Body Memories (Movement Therapy, Art Therapy, Yoga, etc.)
**Will treat individuals with or without insurance. If you have a health insurance plan, I would recommend calling first to double check if they take it.

I have personal experience with this place. It's really first rate. They have therapists who have serious credentials and experience in trauma & dissociation. And it's free!
