scared of my psychiatrist

I am scared of her because she has the power to commit me to an institution against my will.

I am afraid to say the wrong thing to her. If I tell her that an alter has wanted to cut, she will put me away. I hate not being honest, though.

But I hate the hospital. I just cry when I am there. :/

My appointment is this Friday. Hopefully she will see that I don't need to be in the hospital.

Two ideas: One of she isnt helping get a new psych. option 2: tell her the truth. It will do you no better in the long run for your own state of mind to lie hun. Tell us how it goes. Best of luck to you and I wish you the best. :hug:
