So, hoping that I keep coming here to post a blog/"vent." I think I woke up a bit sick yesterday and seem to almost feel worse this morning; but now, I feel okay. Ever since anxiety/stress/worries I need to take it slow. I still get the occasional somewhat fast heart beat--like I am about to present a speech or something in front of hundreds of people. Anyway, today I was going to rest but instead reorganized bedroom since a hanger pole where my clothes hang had fallen off during the middle of the night.
Anyone else suffer from the stress/worries/anxiety feeling? Just wish it would go away--especially since I know why it is worse in a way (Still have not told my mother).
