today i was ok, have a bit of a sore throat.
all croaky can hardly talk lol
lately i have been feeling down...
feel like i want to curl up and die
could just lie there...
one of those horrible days =(

Tomorrow is a new day. There are bad days and then better days. Eventually the better days outnumber the bad ones,and in time, become good ones. You WILL stop feeling like this most of the time. I know it doesn't feel like it, but you WILL get there. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Be strong-you can get through this. You are not on your own :hug:
