I did learn something though. I realized my recent week-long binge on Pandy's got my mind racing at a fevered pitch. He and I made an agreement that I initiated. He wouldn't talk about work and I wouldn't talk about my "past issues". Despite this agreement I talked his ear off the first day about other things because my mind was racing and going all directions. It was embarrassing, but he was patient. I believe my mind was racing because of my recent Pandy's binge.
So, I learned I really need to regulate my exposure to Pandy's. I don't want every waking hour to be consumed with my sexual abuse issues, but I do need to work on them. So, I need to use the "b" word. For me, it's one of the hardest things to accomplish is "balance".
