The WRAP program in Toronto Intensive free group therapy

this is a wonderful program that I am on a waiting list for. The treatment spans 8 weeks. There is a supplement program that prepares people for the program as well. The program is multifaceted- dealing with mental health issues from a biological perspective as well as trauma that a woman experience from ages 0-18 years of age.

I know this is an old, old thread, but I did the WRAP program back in February of 2008 and it was fantastic. Totally worth it. I had the best therapist I've ever had in my entire life.
