Uses a trauma-informed care approach called the Sanctuary Model. Also uses a lot of non-verbal expression good for people with Alexithymia and Body Memories (Movement Therapy, Art Therapy, Yoga, etc.)

They have a 24 hour hotline, will send people to you in times of crisis, help get you out of an abusive relationship, have housing and funds to help you move, attorneys to help with any legal matters, and free therapy and group sessions
