So now my head feels all weird lol so cannot tell if I am sick or coming down from something. Anyway, after going to therapy yesterday, I am hoping that talking it out with a stranger will help me as well as get my mom to understand me. I am wanting to eventually to have my therapist meet my mom and "break" the news to her even though I feel as that she already "knows." I am just wanting to get healthier (socially, mentally, emotionally and spiritually)
