I'd love to be able to enter my year of birth without specifying a date. People would know my age without having detailed personal info. We could always just say what month our birthday is in for celebration purposes.

Anyway, my $0.02

Unfortunately our board software doesn't allow us to do that, but you can always put less detailed information in the extra information section of your profile if you'd like. I hope that helps!
