Flashbacks...flashbacks...flashbacks...suck!!!! Its been going through my head for about an hour...I wish someone could just make these stop. just like a movie reel!!! its so hard to stay in reality...anxiety sucks as well. valentines day is coming close, that was a day that one of the "incidents" happened...I dread this time of year..in the past ive always just went along with it, which i felt awful for but its so hard to have a good time on valentines day and deal with this when ive been ruined...I wish this never happened to me and that this never happens to anyone else its the most awful this to deal with....I HATE THIS
