I just hate life!!!! i feel so down today, more than i have been lately, this sucks to bad i wish i had some healthy way to release everything inside of me but i just hate most things right now....im at the point where i just dont care about anything. I know i should but i dont. I am so tired of not getting sleep..im so exhausted and so drained i just want to give up!!!!fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel so shitty i should be grieving over my lost best friend but im dealing with my own shit...what the fuck is wrong with me....oh yeah...im ruined!!!!!! i feel like i just have lost my care and maybe im just so down that i just have to focus just on myself...i hate this sooo much. Ive never been this kind of person!!! its driving me insane!

Grief works in many ways hun you are just dealing with the loss of your friend in your own way there is nothing wrong with you hun you are suffering hugs
