white screen

everytime i click chatroom i see a white screen, i have java updated and everything

Hi flipper,

Can you double check you have the latest version of Java installed? Also, which browser are you using? Idlf you can, try it in a couple of different ones (chrome, Firefox, IE etc) :)/>

yes i downloaded java the latest one is installed because i have a new computer and the latest one has installed on google chrome and thats how i were using it cos i installed it when i first went on there

its the add on chat doesnt work looks like because i tried there site and it wont let me go in it

Everything is working from our end of things, so I'm not sure what the problem might be! Have a look through the chat forum here: http://pandys.org/fo...hp?showforum=11 - there are some threads about technical info for chat access problems.

Hi Flipper,

Most Java based applets are not mobile-phone friendly, so if you are trying to access the chat room using your mobile phone it is not going to work unfortunately.

its not a mobile phone. my internet mifi is from a phone shop should which means they content blocked it so im going to ring them and that doesnt affect it
