Can you double check you have the latest version of Java installed? Also, which browser are you using? Idlf you can, try it in a couple of different ones (chrome, Firefox, IE etc) :)/>

Most Java based applets are not mobile-phone friendly, so if you are trying to access the chat room using your mobile phone it is not going to work unfortunately.
