ASHAMED. Of myself, my life, what ive done, whats been done to me. Of everything! And it rlly effects my life an relationships with ppl. Its like im ashamed to b myself so i try to b somethin im not. Just rlly strugglin right now any advice?

You are not alone feeling the way you do. All abusers want others to be ashamed when in reality it is them that should be ashamed of their selves for the evil they live.

What was done to you is not your fault. So being yourself is the best thing you can do for you. You have to take good care of you.

It is difficult and filled with struggles yet it will be worth it cuz you are worth it.
