First Workout at the Gym

I am so tired and relaxed. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow. I am so happy I joined. There were a couple times I just had to stop for the last two reps or so of a set but for the most part I kept up. My stomach muscles hurt the most. So proud of myself. I want to drop 30 pounds and then set another goal. I am super!

I'm so pleased for you. I joined the gym a few months ago and really enjoy it.
I do find it a struggle getting there some days but it is worth pushing yourself.
I hope it's ok to ask what you did to get your stomach Muscles aching so much. This is the area I need to loose the weight from and am finding it a struggle :blush:
