putting a tag line on my posts -- how do i do it?

I've seen some great quotes and thoughts in other people's tag lines and i want to do mine, but i can't find a spot for it...
where / how do i do this??
maybe its called a signature?

Ok what you need to do is click on that drop down menu next to your name at the top right hand side of the page, and the click 'my settings'. Then you need to click 'profile' which is along the top of the new set of menus you get and then 'my signature' which will be on the left hand side. That will give you a box which you can type it, add in links etc and that will apear in your signature. Make sure that you have it set so that your signature appears in your posts tho! :)/>
