Getting pm notifications in your email How do you do this?

I can't seem to find where in the control panel I can do this.

While you're there, make sure the first check box is checked, so you won't get spam from uninvited guests of the board that harvest email addresses. If there are any other members you *want* to have your real email address, you can send it to them in a PM. Don't give it away to _everyone_.

Board Preferences
Include a copy of the post when emailing me from
a subscribed topic
Receive only one notification of a new post between visits to
the subscribed topic?
These are my four options - nothing about getting notifications in my email.
Oh well.

and then when you go to where we suggested above it should be there.
Then you can go back and change the board skin back to normal.... I hope that helps.
