Daddy Why me?

:bawling: :bawling: I woke up in the middle of the night cring. I tossed and turned all night I have bad dreams horrible nightmares. all night I had body memories how to make me get sick. I just wanted to rest. all I wanted to do you sleep. why did you do this to me. why is it that I continue to blame myself over and over and over again? why me daddy? WHY ME? what did I do to deserve this.

:bawling: do you know what you have done to me? my mind to my spirit and to my body? I have been damaged for so long and there's only so much you can do to me before I break. I love you daddy. but I hate the things you've done to me. that wasnt love.

I'm hurting inside. more now than ever. I'm very confused at the moment because I don't know what I want anymore. I don't think I can do this again.....

I'm sorry for your pain I know how bad body memories are all I can tell you is that the do eventually lessen, and the why has nothing to do with you its in the abusers sick twisted brain you have no fault here. hang in there don't let them win!
