Hi Anekua,

Not silly at all! A Contributing Member is a member who has chosen to purchase a subscription to the board - as a non-profit organisation, this is a donation that allows us to keep the board running, stock the library, organise healing retreats and provide interesting things like guest speaker chats from professionals in the field.
