Lending Library how does it work?

On Tuesday I ordered 2 books in Lending Library, for the first time. It said I'd receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Haven't received one yet. I know its only been like 43 hours or so since I ordered them but I was just wondering what happens. Is the packaging inconspicuous? Will I get them in a week like it said? What are your experiences with Lending Library? I am unable to email or PM the mods right now because I'm posting from my phone...

Hi, Crystal,

AJ, our US librarian is having medical issues at the moment that are taking a lot of energy (hope it's okay I said that AJ :)/>) but is doing her best to keep on top of library orders. You will hear from her soon - it just may not be within 48 hours. It may also take a bit longer than a week to get them.

Yes, the wrapping is inconspicuous - no gaudy messages about rape and sexual assault survivor message-boards all over it :)/>
