I just did a 5 day residential program with Heal for Life. I was worried about the christian issue too as I am an atheist, so I understand where you are coming from. It turned out not to be an issue at all. The christian component only came into focus when having meditative reflections about a higher power. Other things like buddhism and philosophy were also mentioned as an aid in finding contentment and happiness. So no I wasn't inundated with christianty or anything else. hehe :)/>

Heal for life is much more than this anyway. It was about understanding how trauma impacts us, connecting with the inner child, and using a process to release the trauma and to be empowered.

I highly recommend them. It was life changing. They helped guide me to an inner peace and calm that I never thought possible. The people at Heal for Life are just lovely. It was the best thing I've ever done for me.
