i havent blogged for some time,
alot has happened and so i thought it were the perfect time to get going again
well firstly i have finished my counselling and feel really good for it,
i have heard that my perp is in a band B prison and have been told his rough release dates. november 2018 - lisence end
may 2025
got my compo money through, still dont know how to feel of it, feels like its not mine and i hate that its the government that have poid for it, not like im not on benefits or anything already ! . i just dont know. annnywaaayy .... my ptsd is ALOT better ...it feels really good, although i have a few moments butt hey are getting less and less.
i am trying to start a new relationship but i have trust issues so i will have to work through that. my issue which i need to work on
i dont really want to go into much detail atm, there i alot i could expand but right now this is enough for today !
