It feels weird but I am filling my time on the key board and reading. Going to see my T at 930 this morning. wow, starting another good day. Listening to Adele having a cup of coffee at 6 in the morning. the weather look nice from my desk. August the beginning of seasonal change. Soon we'll be entering the darker days of winter and the shadow of things which were unknown that have come to light. This summer has been hard but I see light at the end of the tunnel.

I see light.

i quit counting smoking counting the days until they just got too high to count. keep it up!
