Somebody has reported Pandy's as an attack site. Firefox now blocks it unless you disable blocking of reported attack sites, which is risky for your computer.

I found the same problem. I had to disable it too.

Thanks to you both. I'm not getting the warning/error on Firefox, Chrome, or IE but I know others are.

http://www.google.co...tp://pandys.org

This basically says our site is listed as suspicious but doesn't tell us WHY - it basically says suspicious, but all tests were returned as "safe" so wtf?

Anyway, we're working on this. Sorry for the inconvenience. My guess is that someone reported the site as malware for no reason, and it got us listed. We're working to clear this up.

Shannon

my "attack site" warning came up and said that there were 2 pages on pandy's that "resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent", one was a trojan, one was an exploit. "pandy's.org did not appear to function as an intermediary... this site has not hosted malicious software"

Anyone that is already back will not need this information but it was a bit scary ... Life without Pandy's :shy:/>

1. On the menu bar, on top of Firefox, click Tools

2. In the drop-down menu, click Options

3. Select the Security Panel

3. Disable Block reported attack sites

4. Click OK

And it worked .... :yay:/> but l had to search for how to do this.

:confused:/> I hope l did the right thing but l wanted to come on. :shy:/>

Thank you 1249.

I just tried that, it seems to have worked. I had the same kind of problem on IE, which is not my preference for browsers, just a warning, though. My anxiety level went up. Hopefully it will now go back down. Again, thank you.

So glad to see I'm not the only one having this issue...I've never seen it before!

I tried to make Pandy's an 'Exception' to the 'Block reported attack sites' option that 1249 suggested but it's still not working. I'm a bit wary of turning off the feature all together, but I really wanted to come on here!! Guess I will turn it on when I visit other sites :)/>

Shannon, no need to apologise, we know it's not your fault...it's probably way more of a pain for you than it is for us! Good luck sorting it out.

Thanks guys for your understanding! Shannon has hired an online security company to sort this all out, they think they've found the source of the problem. It may take up to 24 hours for it to take effect in Google's indexing though, so if you continue to experience problems after that time please let us know!

And keep your eyes peeled on the Announcements forum for further information/updates :)/>

I was experiencing this on Google Chrome today. It seems to be taken care of now though.
