Can't load chat page. Please help

Hi
I use Java, and have a favourites link that i use to go to chat.
I have it linking to the 'condition's page, were you click 'here' to load the java chat room.

I use Java. and internet explorer.

Thats the address that i have always used.
It now says 'cannot find server'.

Has the address changed???

Any ideas
