cant talk in chat?

just went into chat but looked like nobody could post because a moderater wasnt present... is this a new rule? :confused:/>

It's not a new rule (as far as I'm aware) - it looks like there are some problems with chat right now. Hopefully a mod will be able to take a look at this soon.

I was coming in to find out the same thing...maybe this is the downtime?

Right now there is a technical issue with chat we are working to resolve the problem :)/>
