another holiday spent alone. :cry:/>
today has been a rough day, I just dont understand how someone can tell someone to kill themselves, when they know they struggle with mental health issues. Today has been a massive struggle. Panic attack, panick attack, panic attack...when will they stop? I guess I have to learn to do things on my own and be alone...
