Many of us struggle to find our voices and even the thought of having to pick up a phone or go to a crisis center to get help can be scary.

I have looked up places that offer free email and chat counseling, as that can be much easier than having to talk someone in person.

So far I only have German ones, but I will look for more resources internationally.
