I totally understand how you are feeling. it can be so overwhelming, the emotions, the feelings, the thoughts. all of it. writing here has always helped me, and I hope that maybe blogging can be helpful to you. and if you want, you can pm me anytime. just don't give up on yourself, as hard as it can be sometimes to keep going.
