Description Please sign the petition! I hope this is in the right forum....

Its so that rapists have to register as a sex offender for the rest of thier lives if they rape a child. So far they only have to if the child is under 14.....I say that ANY child under 18 is STILL A CHILD and the rapist should still have to register as a sex offender for life!

I was raped at 14 and I didn't get the same justice that I would have gotten if I was only a year younger!!! He got 5 years of probation thats IT!!! I want to submit this to the Massachusetts Courts and make this happen all over the USA....so that child rapists have to register as a sex offender for LIFE!!!
