Hi Katy, It is difficult to reach out to people i've never met. I am sure you have felt the same way at some time. Most humans do.

I have been a member of AA for 3yrs. They say that when we get to AA we are mentally, physically, and emotionally bankrupt. I agree with that statement as I have found it to be true myself. I am also wounded sexually. I have also been in trauma therapy for 3yrs as well. I have only been married for a year and some problems are arising. I am not seeking marriage counseling, or relationship advise! But I am looking for ways to cope with this particular area. I have not had much feedback or responses since i began using Pandy's. Constant vigilance is important if we are to suceed in all areas of recovery.
