Shattered parts co-operating definitely caught my attention. One of my alters has learned to "contain" a trauma that was my own experience. I know that's what they do but this is the first time i've noticed. It's makes me sigh it is so difficult to understand much less explain.

I have been taught to look for the solution. I guess that acceptance of others is what i am learning.
