Description The Spring-Board developed out of Herodes' Cave, which was set up by members of Pandora's Aquarium. It's a free message board promoting friendship, advice, and support for those who are helping a loved one heal from rape or other forms of sexual violence. It's also open to people who've experienced sexual violence directly, but the focus is on support for our supporters! Many links to information and other support resources have been posted in the Spring-Board Links Forum and there's also a new Live Chat room. Welcome!

Pandora's Aquarium, Inc. is not intended to be a substitute for professional assistance. All members and visitors are encouraged to establish a relationship with a trained counselor, therapist, or psychiatrist. Pandora's Aquarium, Inc. offers rape and sexual abuse survivor-to-survivor support only. Despite any qualifications staff or members possess, they are not engaged in a professional relationship with any other member.
