Description Rape Aggression Defense. A program to help women with confidence and self-defense techniques. It can be a good workout, as well. The cost is low and many universities offer classees. I had an amazing experience in RAD.

I found it extremely empowering and have taken it multiple times. (It is free for life anywhere it is offered once you take it the first time.)
