  1. That is good sound advice. My problem is that we live almost a thousand miles apart. I talk to her everyday and try and provide what support I can in that venue, but I worry it just won't be enough.
  2. Seeking knowledge

    I have read a lot of the forums and simply amazed at the support that people afford others. But, I am hesitant to post or reply because the LAST thing i want to do is unknowingly cause a trigger. I really and truthfully do not know HOW to reply or provide support in the correct way. This runs true with my fiancee whom I am trying to support..but yet again truthfully I do not know how. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated because it is really starting to bother me knowing that I am not in the proper know of how to help a survivor, let alone one that I love.
