Help Topic: Sharing Personal Information with Other Members

It is our official position that you should never share your phone number, address, real name, or other identifiable information with other members of the board, or anyone online for that matter.

However, we understand that you might share information and that long-lasting friendships are formed on this board. Some members have even gotten married after meeting on Pandy's smile.gif However, we cannot guarantee that everyone on this board is who they say they are. Thus, please use caution when sharing any information that identifies you. If you find yourself in a situation where you feel unsafe or threatened by another member who knows where you live or your phone number, please contact both your local police and the moderators of this board. For the moderators to act, however, we need to be provided with specific evidence suggesting that board guidelines have been broken, such as emails or IM transcripts.
