My treatment staff (TS) assisted me with the bread making process but there wasn't too much talk therapy. The most important aspect of it was letting her know WHY I was smacking the bejeesus out of some dough ("I'm thinking of my abuser") and letting her know why I chose to mix the dough with my hands ("The little girl in...

Lately, I've been wondering how to deal with all the "yucky feelings."
