So I'm not sure where to start - so i'll just start - i've never done a blog before - I've read some other members blogs and it seems like a good idea -
Today is a good day - I feel balanced - and its so good to feel that way -

It's an amazing thing to be grateful for something that is such an enigma- life.
So, wow, and I hope you can continue to feel balanced.
Have you ever played the 'glad game'? I know it sounds stupid- I stole the idea from a film called 'Polyanna'.
Basically, whenever something happens to make you feel sad, you concentrate on the things that make you feel glad- when you really get into, it's completely distracting and you say the stupidest stuff. Give it a go maybe? If not, just read this and think 'Hmmm... she seems a few tunes short of a looney bin' and laugh.
