Breathe.

How to save a life.
Step 3.

You are alive.

Sometimes I feel dead inside and there doesn't seem to be a reason to go on. When I have those thoughts I keep this in mind:

"Having a rough day? Place your hand over your heart. Feel that? That's called purpose. You're alive for a reason, don't give up."

Acknowledge the strength within yourself. You have been through so much and the fact that you are still here means you are worth it. So just breathe.

I feel that way alot that there seems to be only one reason to go on and that is to suffer pain and do I want to do that cuz I do not see the purpose.

Thank you for sharing what is called purpose. I haven't given up yet so I will just breathe.
