Lost and confused

Today I woke up feeling depressed. It was hard to concentrate on my work. I fell and still am feeling hiding in room and let the tears flow :bawling:

I feel lost and confused and starting to feel hopeless again. My heat feels heavy with pain, anger, frustrations. I am SCARED AND LOST :confused:

The "devil" feels ashamed

In a few weeks, the "devil" will be visiting me in the west coast. Should I pretend that the pain is under the rug? I don't know. The person that took responsibilty to be my guardian when i came to the states 23 years ago is coming to visit me. 23 years ago, i was physically, mentally, psychologically, spiritually and sexually abused...

Who knew that my life would have turned out this way? :confused:

Who knew that the person who supposedly protected me ended abusing me mentally, sexually, and verbally? Who knew? If I had known that on the day that my mother gave birth to me, i would have had such a painful, traumatic life, i would have tried to go back in her womb :yahoo:
