For a couple of years now there is a new technique being promoted as a "treatment" for PSTD. It is also promoted for as treatment for every imaginable medical problem I have started it for the next 9 weeks. I am not asking for medical advice I can get that from my family doctor or chiro. I want to know if anyone who uses the forum has used it, heard of it and is willing to share with the rest of the forum. I asked about it in chat and the mod suggested posting in the mind she also cecked some websites before suggesting a post
I HOPE I COULD HEAR MORE ABOUT IT. I also did a net search

About my blog

This is basically my space to spill out everything I'm thinking and feeling.

Please note that some of the content here may be triggering.

What I write here is just me being honest with myself. Mostly just venting about things, realisations, and my path through healing.

There will be talk of CSA, SA, R, SI and ED here.
