I have been seeing a chiro for almost 4 years. I have had episodes of muscle spasms for almost 15 years. My one t referred me for physio when she actually saw my back in spasm and could feel the heat even before she touched my back. I have tried epsom salt baths, deep cold, bacoflen and norflex. I was miserable when the episodes lasted 5 hrs. Last night's episode lasted 15 hours and I did not sleep well. I am in need of a new bed and matress. They are being held up by red tape. I am now screaming in pain during the episodes. Does anyone else suffer from spasms ? Does anyone have any suggestions ?
