So I am blushing a lot this week as various supports sing happy birthday
One gave me a key chain that makes lots of noise (it's a little quacker )
Kelly Clarkson sent Birthday wishes again this year (goofy grin)
My special birthday meal included
a veggie stir fry, raspberries,
and whole wheat coucous salad with salba and peacans
it was tangy with a bite !
I spent the weekend re reading Jamie Sams series on animal totems and sacred paths
as well as Spider Woman's web and making connections to my life
A friend has made a special aromatherapy recipe
I also listened to part of a playlist of healing songs
I indulged in rose scented soaks and oils
mom called
I spoke with a friend
I had dinner out with a neighbour
there were some strange happenings as well
the floor below had a can of mace set off
