I call mail from MOM...MOM BOMBS
possible triggers
So I was handed an envelop today
It is a birthday card from mOm
OK open slowly and carefully
she already got her card from me
ok it is not a card for a little kid
but I am already blanking on the card
hmm my favourite colours
purples and blue and (some green)
I am blanking out the flower
Daughter...
...in your hopes,
in your hugs,
in your spirit,
in your smile...
... the beauty
of your heart
shines through
Have a Happy Birthday
from Mom
brother and nephew
Mom signed for them
OK this sounds innocent and sweet to anyone who does not know Mom
but since the police statement she stopped signing love
and there is not one of her time bomb loaded letters
I find it difficult to explain to others why this card will bring up all sorts of feelings and thoughts
but it does
oh and she stopped putting for your (age) birthday
i will post it and wait for the fall out
WHY DO BIRTHDAYS HAVE TO BE SO LOADED
WHEN YOU ARE A SURVIVOR OF CSA ????
WHY DID CSA HAVE TO HAPPEN ON BIRTHDAYS ???
These are the sort of questions that not even a T can answer
SO IT IS GOING TO BE MY BIRTHDAY
