12 hrs with friend who dies 4 years later

started May to July

her suicide note to me was slid under my door

shortly after we had talked in the hallway

it did not concern me much at the time

she called me in crisis a few weeks later

and by a twist of fate ...

we were both in a crisis center as roommates

she killed heself shortly after

I spoke with mom earlier.

I spoke with my aunt on July 31

I spoke with my nephew on July 30.

I spoke with my brother last on his birthday in March.

It does feel like the whole family is torn apart.


With each of us isolated from the other.


My fears from age 17 have come true in some way...

I could not go to his funeral

I was flooding in abuse memories from ages 3 to 4 and age 8

and I was searching for stable counselling

bf starts affair with a co - worker

that he hid for over 2 years

a mutual friend told me

bf's dad :

was my emergency contact for work

was a reference on my resume

so friday night I was reflecting with a friend

about the fact that it was an anni for the 2 of us

and also a relationship anni with my rapist and stalker


she knows them both (so does JP)

I have also been thinking about dad being dead

and the fact that he is dead... his death did not end the flashbacks

Thanks to my pocket riders

I was in my Courage to Heal group. There were flashes of my stalker while in the group. I was really nervous and nauseaus.

I also had to go the legal drop-in clinic in the building where my stalker lives which was nerve wracking. I was able to eat after the meeting with the lawyer.
