so it hurts to chew

but I finally did eat a little better today


the heatwave is now sending cool breezes

into the apartment and the landlord is missing

however she has 2 copies of my doctor's letter

as does one of the agencies


cynical me is thinking maybe they can use them

So in 2005, there was yet another heatwave,

and the air conditioners in my building stopped working.

Landlords are not required by law to provide air conditioning even for medical reasons it seems.

The air conditioning units were removed, leaving a huge gap in the wall.

so i just got back from the dentist

my mouth is sore


I have not eaten much since yesterday


the weather outside is cooler


and my apartment is like a furnace

I went to one of my fave stores

the sales clerks known me by name

and my taste in clothes

they always encourage me to go

outside my comfort zone

so friday night I was reflecting with a friend

about the fact that it was an anni for the 2 of us

and also a relationship anni with my rapist and stalker


she knows them both (so does JP)

I have also been thinking about dad being dead

and the fact that he is dead... his death did not end the flashbacks

bro is barely speaking

he did get his birthday present

visits with nephew off and on between Dec 2004 to Oct 2006

a visit with him for his birthday april 2007

i went to his life plan meeting May 1 2007

apartment is full of water damage

and is sloowwlly drying out

My stalker first came into my life
at an agency that claimed
that they were helpng abused women
get on with their life
This agency later lost their funding
there was the usual donation room
for clothes
some computers
some food services where I volunteered
so did my stalker
a group for csa
where we were given
an overwhelming amount of reading...

Secondary Woundings ongoing

My sister died and I gave a speech in public
I wanted support
and got secondary wounding instead
people in my groups
harassed me
in the community
and with hang up calls
and blocking my access to services
while I was in the shocked state afterwards
my T took extra money from me
her book keeping was questionable

My rapist wrote about rape in high school

I never did see that essay

I did get told that she was questioned
by her principal

My rapist was in my support group
It was a mixture of clients and counsellors
